1. Special Trading on Saturday May 11, 2013
Special trading session will be conducted in Cash & Equity Derivatives segments on NSE and BSE on Saturday, May 11, 2013 between 11 AM and 1 PM.
2. Extended Trading on Monday, May 13, 2013 in Gold ETF securities on account of Akshaya Tritiya
On the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya a special extended trading session will be conducted in Gold ETF securities (eg. GOLDBEES) on NSE and BSE in Cash segment on Monday, May 13, 2013 between 4.30 PM and 7 PM.
3. Kotak Bank integration with NOW
Along with Axis, HDFC and ICICI banks, Kotak bank has also been integrated with NOW trading software. Now get an instant automatic limit increase with transfers made through NOWonline using Kotak bank too.
4. Better tracking of your support queries using a SMART ticket management software
To improve your trading experience further, we have introduced a ticketing system on our website. Henceforth, no need to send an email for:

Step 2: Fill the required details in the form

5. Payin & Payout requests directly from our website
Tickets can also be raised to submit a Payin & Payout request. To submit a request:
Step1: Visit www.TradeSmartOnline.in and select Trading > Paying Payout Request > click here
Step 2: Fill the required details in the form
Step 3: Click on Submit ticket
As above a ticket number will be sent to your registered email id which you can use to track the status of your ticket from our website.
